Cup Instructions

The Cups are available in four different sizes, from large to small and can be used on legs, buttocks, arms, calves and tummy. The large one is especially suitable for your legs and buttocks, and one size smaller is suitable for the calves and the skin around the knees. The two smallest sizes are suitable for arms and tummy. You will find it easy to do these movements after having used the Cups a couple of times. Try to exert the right amount of pressure on the cups to make sure that they remain firmly on your body. This also takes a little practice, but after a couple of treatments you will know how it works.

It is important to always massage from the bottom up, as your body will dispose of the toxins via your kidneys. By making these movements, toxins are released in your blood circulation and thereby allowing your body to dispose of them.
